My door locks are starting to get on my tits! It takes about ten mins to lock the passenger door and the tailgate lock sometimes pushes in without popping the lock open, the drivers door is starting to get a little bit tight aswell. The passenger door is the worst one as you can't even lock it from the inside, you have to turn the key almost to breaking point and pull the handle trigger for it to lock, this may take 10-15 attempts sometimes, it actually looks like I'm stealing the bus!! any ideas what I can do? The keys are fine it's just the locks.

I could be wrong, but sounds on the cab doors like the internal spring has broken or is missing, a seemingly easy job but fiddly as he'll as you have to take the locks out, clean then up then try and hang the specially tensioned spring
A set of dentists picks and a steady hand are required plus good anglo-Saxon swear words

Done it a few times on different vans now and the locks feel like new after

Cheers mate, been trying to find those springs everywhere but nowhere has them in stock!

Don't know if this will help you but I had trouble locking my passenger door as when you kept pulling the trigger it would pop open on the second or third attempt.
I took off the door card, then handle and it turned out to be just loose internal screw, it'd been driving me insane for ages!
