What is the best method for fixing a curtain rail (silent gliss) to the Dormobile fibre glass roof?

Kevan - originally the curtain rail was screwed to 13(ish) mm (half inch?) square hardwood baton rail which was epoxyed resined to the fibreglass roof. They are 1745mm long and are mounted 465mm apart.
