Good to see a nice collection of Dormys coming together.
Although I was brought up with a Danbury, Dormys are top of the list with Danburys as my favourite conversions, and my first experience with a bay was with a brand new Dormy which my dad hired for a day out (Bristol Zoo), back in about 1970, when I was only 4 years old, but I remember that van very well!
I also have experience of the very rare D4/8 version that VeeDubMan3 mentions, as I used to go to school in one that a parent of one of my school friends used to own.
I'm sure Rich Oakley will add his showroom condition Dormy to the list. I bought my Danbury off him, and when I collected it I was lucky enough to inspect his bus, which he'd just bought to replace the Danbury. 8)
