Ok here's one, Why does loads of cold air blow in constantly from the two outer screen vents on top of the dash whether the front grill flaps are open or shut? Whether the lever thing under the dash is up or down?The van maybe missing some of it's rubber door seals from the sliding door. A friend welded the passenger side step/wheel arch on in such a way that I can see how close to the curb I am when I park. It does come in useful when we have an electric hook up though. I can shut the door on the thick orange cable and it doesn't pinch. Any tips would be appreciated .

It's possible that the foam on the flaps within the front grill and within the dash pods has disintegrated to dust.
