Ordered 2 flexi shaft inners back in early Oct but not in stock and on back order. Contacted Andy to check status last week and he has sent me a complete new flexi shaft (usually 26 quid) and only charged me for the price of the inner shaft (5 quid) to tide me over at what is a critical stage of the resto.
Can't recommend this customer service enough - a real breath of fresh air (Particularly after a string of sh*t service I have had recently - Royal Mail in particular)
