Drop Spindles 68-71 Bay Lowlight

Hi All,

Just been doing a lot of research on Bay/Lowlight Drop Spindles. Seems most of the threads are a few years old.

What are people using? I'm looking for a fully forged set to fit my 71 Lowlight (disc brakes). Not interested in cast!!!

Any info, opinions, pros/cons, photos or links to sites would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a set of French Slammers for my 71'. They seem good quality and are easily available.

The other option is reverse machined spindles aka flipped. They give you a bigger drop but require more expensive dampers to make the work correctly.
That's pretty much all your options.
