A UNIQUE VENUE FOR OUR UNIQUE SHOW
We think our venue is a little bit special. Great camping fields with an on-site pub and club featuring great sound equipment for the bands we put on. There are some fantastic walks in the area including a canal walk and towpath. There is a Morrisons, Asda and Tesco within a short drive so you can stock up for the weekend or grab a last minute item you forgot.

To add a bit of extra fun we are introducing WACKY WHEELIEBIN RACING: So, here's the challenge...
Bring along a wheeliebin racer and compete for a
cracking trophy.

"Customise" a standard two wheeled householdwheeliebin for racing at Summerfest. No larger bins than you get at home though.

You must include the two existing wheels but can add a further two (of your choice) if you like.

Each bin must be "people powered" - no engines or pedalled mechanisms are allowed.

Make your bin resemble something else. The main body and lid must be retained but you can add "bodywork" to it or make cutouts etc. in the existing bin. Remember there's "style" points to
be had so fancy dress might help too!



The competition will be in TWO PARTS.
• A display/presentation of your wacky racer at
the start line which will be awarded points for
style/entertainment/comedy value by our
judges. (Similar to the Red Bull soapbox race)
Makes up 50% of your points total.
• A timed run over a set distance will make up
the other 50% of your points total.
• Judges decisions will be final.

Each team must consist of one person "driving" the wacky racer with 3 other members pushing or pulling it along the track.

The driver MUST wear a crash helmet.
