Early Bay Camp out - Next weekend

We are coming along to our first early bay camp out, are there any more details published anywhere?
What time can you arrive on the Friday?
Can you arrive Saturday, if so any timing restrictions?
Apart from the communal BBQ can you bring your own / disposable one?
Are there showers onsite?

You can arrive from midday Friday onwards, no restrictions on arrival time after that.
Off ground bbqs can be used, and there is a shower block a good walk down the hill into the camp site.
