EarlyBay club display at Tatton Park...

Hi all,

I will hopefully have my van on the road next week so I'm looking to get it to my local show Tatton Park this year. Can anyone tell me if there will be an EB club stand? I'd rather be in with you guys, but if not i'll have to park 'elsewhere'. :evil:

I dont mind liasing with Tatton and/or nailing a banner up on arrival. I may even seek overnight camping as no doubt, it will be a fairly stressfull first outing for me, listening to all the strange noises etc going on on route in a van thats been off the road for at least 3 years...

Anyone else keen on showing/cheaper entrance prices in their van? Will need at least a handfull of us to make it worthwhile and look respectable.

I have registered an interest for a club plot a Tatton. Those of you that are interested in parking you EB up within the plot, please post here or PM.

Postman delivered 3 passes to me today. Those interested, please PM me your contact details Inc emails addresses etc so I can get them to you. I'm looking forward to this muchly! First time out for my van and although it won't be finished, at least I'll avoid the stupid park entrance fee!

I have asked Tatton if it will be ok to scan the passes in so all concerned can print them out. I initially only asked for 3 spots, but 5 of us have expressed interest now. Hopefully they'll be able to adapt... perhaps more so as others join in?

I had a 'shakedown' test at Lytham yesterday, cooking tea for the first time in my van last night. Was really good fun for me and the GF. I even achieved 'lorry speed' on the way back. So i'm pretty confident my van is reliable now. I have clocked up a whopping 95 miles since putting it back on the road 2 weeks ago! :lol:

I hope I can, I've posed the question, although I know space is a premium there. They obvioulsy need to allocate loads of space for the Barry Boys in their water pumpers... :roll:

Also, I've got a banner on the way courtesy of Matt Maz off of here. Thanks dude!

We may have to arrange to meet outside the show so I can hand out passes??? Will have to see, or else I will mail them out as previously mentioned. I will need your address PM'ing though chaps! No pass, no entry.

No on-site camping unless your trading. I'll try to find a suitable camp ground nearby for the Sat night. Perhaps you may like to meet there? I'll look into this in more detail tomorrow.
