Would agree, I know some are with their clubs, but would be nice to have an option of club camping as EB

Club camping would be great - must get organised in time.

For the Brighton Breeze the Hook Arena is big enough for us to get together without any trouble. One group near us formed a 'Wagon Train' circle last year!

I'm off to the UltraVW event the next day on my so have to go home Sat pm to get my missus home, we'll be at Hook from around 4pm on Friday though.

also got back last night pretty tired but had a great time ... thanks to all who took part in the line up/display - probably agree no. priority for next year is to organise club camping - will get onto this a.s.ap. and find out how early we need/can book ...

Only just made it home as my bus decided to throw a wobbly outside Oxford services. Very nice man from the AA got it sorted though. Only took an extra 4 hours!
EB camping next year would be coolio.

All in all a decent weekend so many early bays around at present, many not sporting our stickers. So pontential to swell our ranks is huge.
Only downer for me is the bloody van breaking again, i'll persevere!

Was reading that next year is going to be pre booked camping only, ticket sales from April.

I think the move to camping via pre-booking is essentially a good move. You have to be organised and pretty intested to get sorted 2 months in advance so only those who really 'want' to be there camping will.
I love the massiveness of the event, but it must be getting a nightmare to manage.
Our weekend was trouble free and our vans were enjoyed and mostly respected all weekend. The sun shone and all was well.
I heard a few people saying that vehicle sales were slow though, and Sunday afternoon there were still plenty available ..... too much choice? or are prices topping out? I dont know ....
I thought it was a shame that the Vanfest Team didnt seem to be 'tannoying information' though the day on Saturday, and I fear that many were unaware of the EB line up. Still, it looked cool and is definately a good start!
