engine bay insulation

Post up pics or ideas for insulation of the engine cabinet.
Right now I have some cardboard looking black stuff held up by tabs....I want to hear my lil girl when she talks to me from the back seat!

i just removed the original fixings and foam last night and can give you measurements and pictures if you need them?

It may also be surplus to requirements ( and is in new condition) as im fitting a hatch and a more a hi-tech fire/sound proofing material, but im not sure yet.
