This question has prob. been asked many a time.

When i stop my engine dies on me , this happens when it is cold and hot.

What is causing it?

Have just rcd a comp electric serv kit. plugs, points etc etc hopt this will help to rectify it.

Mine did that when the timing was really out (too far advanced).

But it was related to overheating - only died once it's hot, which of course was caused by the off timing...

Sorry, that's all the help I can offer.

Cheers, A.

did you check the valve settings and timing when you did the service?
is the dizzy working correctly, it could be throwing the timing out?
what carb you running, brosols are total rubbish sometimes

id start with the basic's and work my way up
good luck

My money's on an air leak - probably worn/perished manifold boots or under the carb...
