Hi 8)
Being an Essex boy thought i would let anyone who fancies a visit to Essex of the following:

Peppercorn (as was) now re branded Sweetcorn (no not a wind up) :lol: is back at Barleylands Billericay on the 9/11th August

Elemental was at Stanstead now at Crouch Valley show ground Rayliegh 6th April.

Excellent! I was talking to the Peppercorn people at the Breeze and they said they wanted to do another event and it'd probably be nearer to their own patch over the river. I'll revise my plans for the summer now! Any info on the site they've found?

Hi Mike

Barleylands was/is a working farm but it has a large flat well drained showground they hold loads of events over the year, i have been to many shows there when my kids where little, i think a VW event held there will be a good one i never went to Peppercorn but every one i speak to told me it was a good event.

Deffo going to sweet corn, battlesbridge is 17th may I think..

We do a local meet last Thursday of the month up the A12 called Volksdine (find us on Facebook) we are also planning a local meet/camp over for August!

I know of another local mini show in woodham that's being planned for July for the cal look scene.

There's the rad Sunday meets too every so often hosted by KK, busjam? Is that on again? Lavenham last year was awesome!


There are loads in essex this year! I find Facebook I the best way to keep up with them all...

We usually do the Lost Souls bbq - nice little 1 day show, at the Swan pub Raine, Braintree!
Good little show at nice country pub - ill see if i can find this years date and add it 8)
