Fitting curtain track

Bought some g rail curtain track but its not pre formed any one fitted thesse before and have any advice?

Is G rail something different to the normal caravan style ali curtain rails?

from what i was told there is g rail and glis track or some thing basically the same **** made by different people its just curtain track i think.

not sure how to if it so anyone got any pics of their interiors they would like to share?
