I've got 2 new doors sat in the garage, they have been there about 3 months  , but i have a week off next week that i plan to use working on the bay.
I'm not in a position to spray the van (yet) but would you fit the doors anyway as they are (still got the black delivery paint on them) or would you wait until i can get them sprayed or maybe even just primered?
The passenger door isn't to ad but the drivers door has that much filler holding the bottom together that its forced the skin off the frame  .
Would the van look odd with 2 black doors? Is the delivery paint any good, would it last until i can get them sprayed or primered?
Dont want to waste a weeks playtime if its not worth doing

Leave off the black paint isn't waterproof and you will only have to strip down again to spray.

...or take your old one off and put in new screws (possibly the allen key type), then when you come to do it it'll be an easy 2 minute job, no messing around with seized screws, kanckered threads, and rounded screw slots.

Nice idea, what size are the screws?
