Hi Guys the exhaust on my van is goosed and I have a new stock one to fit, now after sizing up the job I think the best way to go about it is to remove the rear valance and the bit of tinware under the pully. Is this the best way? I must admit I was going to try to fit it without taking off the valance but a friend said I'm best doing it to give me better access.

Is there anything I should be aware of, or does anyone have any tips ? How long should it take ?

Trust me take the back valance out. Use plenty of WD 40 on the studs then when you fit the new exhaust put copper slip on the studs. Sheered off exhaust studs suck.
