Flat4 Chrome fuch's

Anyone got a set of these and if so how good is the chrome.
Having owned Flat4 wheels before i would expect them to be top notch, but when chromed would you class them as all year round wheels or just for show.

I would prefer polished as you can look after them easier than chromed and don't want to spend that type of dosh to find they start to show signs of rust or the chrome lifts. Yes i do realise they need care but what are your thoughts.

If a bought a set I would expect them to last a long time and not turn in to crap.

I write this as can get a chrome set but not polished. Am i better to wait ???

Cip1 have the chrome but not the polished.
They tell me it's going to be a while before they get more in and i take their word more than the UK guys.

I just got 1 15x5.5 polished flat 4 fuch from CIP1, ordered it last Saturday afternoon & it arrived Monday dinner just gone

Can,t comment on the chrome ones sorry, but if you look after them & keep them polished with Mer or Autglym super resin polish I would think they,ll last well..

dont touch chrome on any wheel the process of chroming on alloy weakens the wheel alot, repros are crap as the laquer lifts and salt gets in giving a bloom effect ill sohw you a few pics of my sprints and i really took care of them but it did no good.

I would wait and get a good set of polished.

I think i can get a set of 5.5" but would like 4.5" up front.

That's what I'm running. Had the choice but didn't want thinner on the front.

So pleased I never went for the Chrome one's as just taken delivery.
Cip1 didn't have any polished centre caps so went for the chrome and the quality isn't great on them.

As the caps are quite small you would have to really look, but on the whole wheel you would be a bit pissed. It looks like pitting in places already !!!
