Foam

Hi,

as some of you might know from my few posts about these z hinges i've actually got some fitted now and i'm going to make some foam pull outs that sit on the engine platform and pull out over the seats in bed position.

anyone recomend a good place to get some foam?

try an upholstery, it's worth investing in a breathable one if you intend to keep the van. Cost us £100 approx to do a complete westy

Or buy a footon at a lot less and roll it out when you need it, the one I have was a little used footon from our spare room, already broken the frame and keeping the matress for the job..

Some where like dunhelm mill?

I was just going to say that.....Dunelm Mill or Fabric Warehouse, or you could probably get better quality foam from a local re upholsterers - the sort that do sofas and whatnot....
