Hi, unfortunatley for us it's time to let the Square go as we have just bought bus.
Heres the low down
It's a 1966 French import squareback (loads of beautiful french history, the majority of which is in service stickers on the engine lid and Vintage Air France seat belts very cool) L.H.D car regularly serviced. We bought it in June 2006 it had a brand new 1600 twin port VEGE engine with twin 34 ict Webers all of which it still has and runs like an absolute dream. We took it on a two week Europe trip in 2007 covering 1000's of miles taking in Bad Camberg, Germany, France and Euro Bug In 1 in Belgium with no problems what so ever other than some on stealing the tyre valve in Luxombourg, MOT till August 3rd 2010. Tax exempt . But I will put a full MOT when it sells.
Lowered all round and handles and drives lovely, Aussie sun visor, 15" Jaguar trim rings, Two tone painted steel rims with yellow band tyres really make it standout now every one else is rocking aftermarket wheels. OG red interior with Z arm arm rests (drivers side arm rest needs small repair), Kamei parcel shelf, VW America roof rack, chrome gutter trim, Trans tunnel tidy basket, Stainless Rain vent Shades, Tuck away Type 3 Muffler, we also have a US size UK plate for a licence plate frame plus a few spares.
The car was featured in Ultra VW mag in April 2008,
