I have had this awning for 3 years and the condition is good. There are some repairs to mention - one where the van attaches to the awning, a small tear where sliding door caught the awning. Small repair near door where something fell off a table. A couple of holes repaired in the groundsheet. The poles are not in the best of condition as some are split/damaged. Ideally being sold to someone who has the poles and need a replacement awning or willing to buy the poles. Asking £50 and I'm based near Cardiff.
