Attempted to fit my 2/3 bench seat yesterday and having a few issues.
The seat (beleived to be from an earlybay) seems to sit a bit further forward than a single passenger seat )looking at the mountings) and also fouls the wheel arch meaning the outside edge (nearest the door) sits a lot lower than the inside edge.
Think i might have to make up a frame and mount the seat to the frame and then mount the frame to the bodywork somehow.
Anyone else had issues with fitment (Jason? using the M501 brackets)

Also where can i get webbed seat belts anchors (the normal type come with a wire stalk where as to use the seats i need the webbed type that i can push through the seat).
an you get these with an inertia type belt or are they only static 3 point type. Going to use a 2 point lapbelt for the middle position seat so its really only the passenger side thats an issue (can still use my original drivers side seat belt even though it mightlook odd)

Looks about right... the bench does sit a little further forward on mine.

Don't forget you've got to mount the bracket you took off the inner arch onto the new steel.
Mine fouled the inner arch as well.... I just applied pressure (with my foot) to the frame with a log underneath where the arch goes. Mine only needed a gentle reshape, although I thought it was well out when I had first offered it up.

You can get the cloth belts from Heritage. I'd only get one for the passenger side and move the fixed stalk over onto the drivers side. I made the mistake of getting all cloth ones and the driver's and middle pass are constantly falling down the gap.

Hope that all helps
