cheers...... as a rule do the seals come with the bearings or do you buy them separately?

might give jk another chance..... i've had a few bad experiences with them over the years so i normally stay away

I'll give them a wirl again.

Did you have any probs fitting them. i've been reading that the inners you have to tap out or something.

You have to knock out the seal from the other side, and i sliced my finger  apart from all the grease its a simple job, even I managed it :D

just kampers strike again.... ordered parts first thing Wednesday morning, they've got everything in stock so i put my girlfriends place off work as delivery addy as they needed signing for..... still not arrived and there offices/reception are shut till Monday :(

Anyway started striping the old bearings out and knocking the races from the drums ones of them was particularly stubban i slipped and also sliced my finger quite badly really. The GF whats me to go to A+E but i wanna as its friday sit here and drink.

Any advice on getting the last remaining race out of the drum?.. heat?

Just use a drift or parallel punch and wack it with a hammer! Heat shouldn't be needed.Put the drum on some wood to stop it getting damaged. What I find helps to stop you from wacking your fingers is to hold the punch/drift with a pair of mole grips (or get someone else to hold it for you  )
When you put the new races in the drum, don't put the bearings (new or old) on the races and hit them or the races/bearings will be damaged.Find a nice piece of tubing that fits or I usually place the new race where it goes, and put the old race on top upside down and find a socket to fit on and tap it home all the way.
Work the grease right in the new bearing before fitting it.Adjust it and recheck the adjustment after say a week,it may bed in a bit.
