fuchs on wide five drums

I'm planning to fit some repro detailed fuchs on my 68 westy.
Are adapters the best solution? Or are there other options?

It's the cheapest way.

The other way is do a 944 disc brake conversion, not quick or cheap.

A CSP disc conversion is another way. Again, not cheap.
