Just realised I'm missing the fuel tank breather charcoal canister on my 71 Westy, which might explain the occasional whiff of fuel. Always wondered what that clamp was for in the top right corner of engine bay!
Anyone know of a suitable replacement or solution? I have the one rubber breather pipe that connects to metal pipe in tank area than seems to do a 90 degree turn and comes out in the engine bay, in line to where the canister clamp is.
Cheers

not exactly what you asked .... but I found this Samba link useful.

If you can't find an old one, you might be able to improvise.
