Fuel tank "tap?"

Can i buy a new "tap" for my bays' fuel tank? if so, where?

no tap,early tanks have screw on fitting with removeable (cleanable )filter .if you need new i think you will find most firms like heratige,status etc have them.

Thanks, the only thing i could think of to call it was tap.

I've taken my tank out today and the screw on filter thing is just a straight tube with a metal disc attached in the middle and then held in by the nut. There is no filter as such there, just this straight through tube. The outer half is a bit manky so i thought i'd see if i could get a new one.
