Gap in front tin to other tin

Helloes,

I just attached the front tin and there seems to be a small gap about the size of a finger between the front tin and the tin over no 3. the tin is flush with the tin on no 1 cylinder...

Does this matter really?

On the photo below you can see light coming through...

It might be.

It's flush with the crankcase and lines up nicely with the screw holes of the cylinder head shroud.

HAs anybody noticed a slight gap here?
 
Yes from my bus.

Has been blasted and powdercoated.

Didn't realise how tough powdercoating was till my screwdriver slipped off a couple of times and there was no damage to the 'paint' at all!!

The tin is flush all along the case until the last 10cm or so where it flares out a bit, oh well will try to bend it in.
