so just imagine this Earlybay.com and thelatebay.com the battle of the bays the competition is hotting up
theres shine, theres rat, theres original campers and theres homebrew interiors in your eyes that glorious cooler belongs in one camp only full of beer for the evenings jolities but deep in your heart you know the lates have fought hard and pulled all the stops out.....
you know the judges are hunting for that one step further, you have the camper set out, the bed down, roof up, vintage cooler in the corner and old pack of playing cards and you are gutted you know that a few months earlier you saw the one vintage article that with a little work could have swung a sure victory.
gutted and dispondent you walk away kicking yourself, damn if only I'd bought it, the one thing contemporary to the van that no other has fitted, ah well theres always next year, but you know that next year the lates will have that one item that slipped away from you
Well here it is guys, the item in Question ok so this was removed from a 73 that was purchased in 74 but this model ran 71 to early 80s manufactured enmass in eastern europe......
just imagine the line up all those beatiful vans, and in the background the laughter of Sid James, hide away a portable DVD player and switch on the tv, sat on a westy cabinet with a contemporary carry on or ealing comedy 8) the coolers in the bag
and what will this piece of nostalgia cost you why a mere trifle (not a custard based dessert)
Swapsies
I'm after ply for headlining and floor of the 71, for the loadbed of the DC
black sun visors 68 > (preferably 68)
axle stands trolley jack tools are always welcomed
oddities and mundane
hell give it a go
comes with mains transformer that fits on back so 12v or 220v working (I've not tested 12v yet but safe to say that as it works off the mains and a suprisingly good picture, the 12v will work) and 12v lead(minus the cigar plug)...
Dont let those highlighters walk away with the trophy I'll even throw in a carry on dvd
