Having me torque arms off

I am having me torque arms off on Sunday, anyone know how difficult it is/ how long it will take and more importantly any top tips that Mr Haynes may have forgot to mention!

That I do, I do wave me arms around a bit when I am torquing :lol
Typing error should rear torsion not torque!
