Can anyone help before I go insane?

My '70 Bus has a massive snatch/pull to the right under braking. It hasn't lost any fluid while driving but a couple of weeks ago, it drained the reservoir while stood still but with no evidence of where the fluid went. I topped the fluid up before it reached the pipe and it's stayed at that level since. I tried adjusting the left to compensate and this brought the pedal up but still the same pull/snatch.

My local garage has had it in, replaced both left-hand wheel cylinders, had it on the brake rollers and say it's equal. But it still snatches/pulls right.

It's going back in later today as I'm off to Le Mans in it next week and want it sorted.

Does anyone have any ideas that I can pass on? Apparently, it's now doing their heads in as much as mine.

Thanks in advance to all...

Jim

What are your tire pressures like, and you tracking.

Does it try to turn the steering wheel in your hands when braking? if yes it front brakes that are the problem.

Could be several things air in the system, blocked flexy line, stuck wheel piston, badly adjusted pads, contaminated pads, warped drum (will cause pulsing when braking), etc

I would try to find where the fluid when, fluid out air in, maybe ok after just bled by garage, but could still be letting air in.

Tyres and tracking seem OK. Yes, the steering wheel snatches. I've subsequently discovered a fairly hefty drumming which disappears on right-handers, so the garage is gonna change the front bearings and replace the left hand flexi-pipe. They've already put a pair of cylinders on that wheel and apparently adjusted everything.

Fingers crossed...

Many thanks for the steer.
