Help please - rear engine mount conversion adaptor

Help. I have a rear engine mount conversion kit to fit my "H" engine which needs to be attached to the oil pump installation studs. The kit comes with a Blanchard ground cover plate and new studs but there doesn't appear to be a way of removing the existing ones.

How do I get the old studs out?

lock two nuts against each other on the stud and use the bottom one to unscrew the stud.
