Hi,

I've a '71 Westy which has a nice clean original interior. I want to keep it looking the way it is but want to replace the original cool box under the sink with a 12V compressor fridge but keep the veneered door for the cool box. I've seen on other posts here that the water tank can cause space issues when fitting a fridge.

Has anyone here found a 12V compressor fridge that'll hide behind the cool box door or if it must be seen at least looks suitably retro?

Code:
Engle marine fridge but you still need to remove the water tank

Thanks - is it something like SR70F-T on this link?

Is there a way of getting around the water tank issue?

Can't remember what size I used but you do need to remove the tank, which will be the same with any fridge due to the compressor on the back, your lhd I assume
I've got to pick the bus up from storage if weather is ok thus weekend I'll check then if I can and remember
