most years I manage 30 to 40 nights away. Bank holidays, a couple of weekends and a 2 week holiday. Last year we went to Spain and Portugal (3 weeks worth).

i take spares…….. coil, wheel bearings, distributor, electric cables and connectors, carb service kits, bulbs, clutch cable, accelerator cable etc. some tools and mostly a bike, often my wife

I recommend Black Rock Sands in Wales. Campsite next to Dunes and over there is the beach. One of the best beaches in the country. You can drive your campervan onto the beach and park up for the day. Sand is solid and the sea is so kid friendly.
