Ignition part help

Have a strange question but is how many degrees does the key rotate in the lock below?



Reason I ask is that I think I may have purchased a mismatched ignition system. (The seller has been very helpful but I just need some clarification before I go back to him) The switch I have rotates just over 180 degrees to get to the start stage but the key will only turn about 120 degrees.

This is the key part that is fitted to the housing that will only turn 120 degrees.

The one with the plastic surround is 8/70 onwards ignition, the wiring from this has 7 wires (I think) you may have a mis mash between the switch wires. I had a similar issue.
