Import running light

I was just wondering if any one has their running lights wired up on the sides of their imports?

mine arent working, but the wires are there, so i thought it would be nice to have them working. Does any one know when they shouold be on? is it only when your side lights are on?

Mine work when the sidelights/lights are on. They had been disconnected so i just reconnected the wires.

Mine worked until we started the refurb.

I am told that the fronts are illegal in the UK, but rears are ok.

I sure Heritage or JK told me this. It passed the MOT either way.

Volvo's have them so why can't we??

I think they look ace 8)

I have wired my rears so that I have the option of either plain red running lights or by swopping a lead I can have them as red indicator repeaters.
