Imported Vehicle Registration

Hello, looking forward to getting the bus from the spray shop soon and sliding the motor in.
Any one know what I need to register it? Its a Cali import, I've got UK lights, need to sort out the indicators I will need it MOT ing, any other info is much appreciated....
By the way saw a few of you at Stanford Hall yesterday some cracking EBs' out there guys!!!! .
Unfortunately this year I was in the missus Peugot sporting an earlybay sticker (the bus was there in spirit)

Mot and a chassis number, dvla might want to have a look at it as well. best off finding and contacting your local dvla office.

You'll need something to prove it's age. A VW birth certificate or a letter from VW confirming the age of the chassis number.

Go onto the DVLA website and apply for an import pack, then as above get an MOT, insurance certificate (you can get both of these on the chassis number), and also a birth certificate from VW.

then pay a visit to your local DVLA office and you should get a new plate in a week or so.
