Evening people,
Recently replaced my indicator unit with a new one on my US 70 bus.
However, my flasher relay has now melted twice and sometimes the 2nd fuse (the fuse that has the red wires connected to it) blows as well.
Once it melted when just having the turn signal in the down/left position. It's also gone when using the Hazard/emergency switch.
I'm sure the turn signal wires are connected correctly (pictures below).
The only other thing is that I have the instrument panel removed and all the wires isolated. I've also checked the bulbs and they were working OK before.
Anyone experienced something like this or where to start looking?
Wondering if the new unit is at fault as the old one (although falling to bits) still worked but didn't cause the relay to melt.
