+1 for avoiding Adrian Flux, they are bad in themselves but the underwriters they use “ Markerstudy” are absolutely useless, last time I looked they (underwriters ) had a 96%awful 2% good rating! Problem is Markerstudy probably quote low ( as reflected in performance) this enables AF to get more customers = more commission. Just cancelled AF arranged policy after a no fault crash ( not due to run out til October) went with Hegarty, they seem far more switched on and only slightly higher premium.I can recommend NOT using Adrian Flux and Classic Line! Both agreed value at £20k over the phone, when paperwork came through they had dropped it to £17.5k with no explanation! When I called them both, response was "sorry we can't do anything about it now".
Cancelled with both of them and went with Hagerty. Was a bit dearer but they seemed to know what they were talking about and agreed the value no problem. Have just insured my '63 Nothback with them as well, really pleased with them.
