Just came across this new awning idea and thought it worth sharing

Searching for good price while you were posting.

Smaller ones fair bit cheaper

But still pushing it a bit

I was thinking about the wind but im sure it will be fine, my worry would be a puncture! i wonder how resistant they are to them? 8)

Although this looks very neat, the Khyam quick erect awnings seem to be pretty dang good. (I am biased owning one though  )

Wind is no different to erecting a normal awning as for punctures I think you would have to stick a knife in it to puncture it

I work for go outdoors, we dont have the awnings but we do have the tents. In respect of the wind they are extremely good and punctures you would need a very sharp point to pierce. I want one but was talking one of the directors of amg (they supply vango in the uk).yesterday and all of there stock has gone and he he couldn't say when they will have more, also they limit how many people can stock them to keep prices high.

Nice idea but you only need one T***er with a knife or another sharp object thinking its funny to watch someones awning deflate. I think ill stick with my Kyham quick erect [ ooh errr mrs ] awning.
