Issue with Headlights

I have got an issue with my offside headlight, in that its not working, the nearside is fine, also I have checked the bulb and that’s fine, although is intermittent! Are they run off the same circuit? I had a quick look for the earth but cant find it, any ideas what I should be looking for ?

Hi you do not say if problem is with full beam , dip, side light or all. bently manual shows seperate fuses. I would check fuses and bulbs first. check if blown BUT also check connections, i found on my 69 that the connections on fuse box where fuses clip in were tarnished, :idea: tip clean them then put athin smear of vaselin on them. if no joy then check earths, relay, then wiring. note that the insulation on 40 year old wiring will be brittle so care is needed.

probably a bad earth just make sure all connections are good then try again good luck Frankie.

sorry its on dip beam, managed to sort out the one side, it was a dodgy fuse, i'll check the earths on the otherside.
