Any local paint supplier will mix it, trouble is it probably will be a different shade, best best is to take your fuel flap in, they can do wonders these days. I had a can of L87 mixed a few years ago after a google search and it was way off the colour of my bus, but had my cab doors painted with some bespoke mix and its a perfect match

I only want it to paint the cargo floor after treating the rust, so the colour doesn't have to be spot on.

They have to mix it anyway, so if they can tweak it slightly to match up perfectly it's worth taking in the fuel cap.

I wouldn't have thought it'd need laquering!?
Google Alpha paint supplies, to get a rattle can mixed up?
Colour match with aerosols aren't usually perfect mind!!
You'd need a couple to do the cargo floor too I'd think!?!??

I'd go visit your local paint supplier / motor factors.

As its a straight colour (not metallic, the fact its called pearl white doesn't mean its an actual pearlescent) you could buy it in either direct gloss (2 pack or celly) which does not need lacquer, or basecoat (solvent or water) which does.

For your application I'd go for 2 pack direct gloss, if you tell your supplier what you need it for they might be able to supply it as a brushable formula.
