Seems I have purchased a late bay door by mistake, it has the door lock pull hole at the top, holes down by the door pillar and small hinges.

Can it be used on my 1970? if so what would I need to change? Cheers guys

Yes it can. By holes, do you mean the ventilation holes in the front of the door frame? You'll need a hinge bush kit to allow you to use early hinges. You'll also need to weld up the lock pull holes in the door and the interior handle bolts are in a slightly different position, so you'll need to drill some new holes. If it's a really late door, end of '78>, it'll have the late check strap so you'll have to mod the door frame to fit the bigger early strap.
