Leaking washer switch

I've just reconnected the original washer system in my us after a previous owner had bodged an electric system in.
After a fiddle to get the pipes on I pressurised the system and it works fine.

Trouble is that water seeps out from the switch area afterwards all over the floor. I'm guessing the push on connections for the pipes are leaking.

Anyone had this problem and how did you remedy it ? Any kind of glue or something ?

I did mate , just released a few psi of pressure
