Light Bulbs

Hi can anyone answer a simple question for me?

I have a 1971 Danbury bus and i think the passenger side rear light bulb has gone. When I tried to test it by putting the lights on and the left rear indicator on at the same time. I notice in on my internal instruments that it was flashing and making the clicking noise very fast unlike the drivers side right one which is working fine.

Is this normal when a bulb has finally gone?

Sounds pretty normal to me. Blown bulb will alter the flash rate.
