Hello
Just joined and Woking out how things work on here -
We have a 1972 crossover called Astrid and love her to bits but could do with some advice guys- we are from Worcestershire and need to find a good place to have some work done on the wheel arches- think we need all four replacing - can anyone suggest a decent place to go for the weld and paint spray etc?
Also we had our dash revamped a few weeks ago and when guy put it back in think he accidentally snagged one of leads in the air vent sliders so as a result we had a short and smoke which upset the relay- after getting the AA to help us on our way they told us one of our cables With connector on the end was missing the other cable thus meaning headlights can't be dipped- we have a wire (with a plastic see thro connectedon on the end ) coming from the steering wheel but it plugs into nothing ( looks like the connector has another wire that should go into it from somewhere else) and had a good look and can't see any spare leads or obvious place it could fit to- pic to follow when I work out how to add - lol- so anyone have any ideas as really stuck- I guess the lead that should go in the end of here has been put in someplace else when putting the dash back in-
Also anyone going to show next weekend Skegvagus?
Thanks and any help or advice much appreciated- cheers

Is the cable from the steering column black and yellow? If so I don't think that is needed. Have you got a picture of the colours of the ones that were pulled out?

There's a few people I know of who are off to skegvegas, myself and family included. It's a good show. Not sure if we have organised club camping there but we are a friendly bunch so say hello if you see a bunch of early bays :)
