I have a whole where you feet go, but I dont sit there so should I care and if its lowered it not as far to fall out of the whole

But if I get the welding done I can spray the rest of the front cab and its the last bit of welding I need to do and I can then wax oil for winter.

I dont have any pics :(

But the van is at standard height and the whole in the arch is not to bad, its just I have a little money to spend and im not sure what to do as it will be a few months before I have some more money.

Or do I get the beam cut and twisted?

Ahhh, ok well if you are sitting in the passenger side and where the floor meets the curve of the arch, its just there say about 60mm across and 10mm wide :?

Oh right when you said it was where your feet were I thought it was around the pedal area!

TBH, I would probably get all structural replacements done before lowering.

Would you do the welding yourself or have anybody that could help you out?

I'm sure somebody off here or VZi from your area maybe able to help fella? Maybe worth a shout!

Hope this helps. :)

welding everytime, no point having a slammed bus if you cant get an MOT on it.
plus you should really make sure the bus is solid for your own peace of mind.

Damn it! there goes my 666 post!

Well its sure not structural so thats cool the gf just get abit cold but i got no heater any way...hehe

HMMMMMMM! its a tough one, I have a guy who does the welding but then I would ask him to cut some adjusters in my beam anyway.

WHY DON'T I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO DO IT ALL :(

Understand now - I'd fix then save up then lower if it was me - hope this helps (probably not  ) :)

Think im gonna have to, but checking out the prices of an adjustable new front beam and WOW! thank you for every ones help im gonna get the welding done :D
