Lubricating Doughnuts!

Talcum powder.
Don't use WD40 or grease as these will attack the rubber, and the doughnuts aren't supposed to move in the housing. The bush uses the twisting effect of the rubber.

The short answer is no not really, as its next to impossible to get talc in where you want it without stripping it down.

But why would you want to lubricate them whilst in place. Talc is used to allow easier assembly, not for continuous lubrication?
