Im looking at fitting metal fuel lines between my new carbs?????

I'm going to use a small section of rubber line from the fuel pump up to the top of my linkage, then i'm thinking about using a 3 way female pipe connector and then two metal pipe across the engine to the back of the carbs, then back into rubber for the last couple of inches

Much like this set up in back of this van

Any views or tips chaps????

The Kadrons in your picture are supplied (or were) with a T piece as part of the original kit.

I far prefer that method to using rubber hoses everywhere. :)

Afraid I don't know anywhere, but it is just a standard brake line T piece I believe.

Having said that, I'm not sure that the inner diameter would be great enough if you were to use standard brake lines. Try popping into your local motor factors and see what they have?

Either that, or find someone breaking a set of Kadrons?

You don't say what carbs you have, but my Dellortos require a different arrangement for the fuel line, running from one carb to the other due to the fuel banjos.

Metal pipe looks neater but, like Sparkywig, I went for rubber to minimise the amount of joints since its joints that are the most likely places for leaks.

As an aside, if you fit new rubber pipes its a good idea to check the connections after a while because the new rubber can initially compress over time and become loose enough to seep.
