I thought it would be an idea to update you guys on where we are at the moment and where we are going in the future. Due to various events this year (most out of our control) we are down scaling the restoration, servicing and parts side of the operation but we will continue to import a few buses each year, in addition to offering a service to help other buyers import their buses from the US which seems to be proving popular.

The main focus of the business will be on developing new products for Early Bays so we will continue to develop:
- Dampers for Dropped Spindle Buses
- Beetle Gearbox conversion kit
- Rear seatbelt anchorages (if at all possible, anyone got a spare shell)
- Steering Rack conversion/Steering box components
- And a few other things we are currently looking at!!

What I would ask is that you bear with us for the next couple of months whilst we have a shuffle around, sell off some stock (at competitive prices) and unfortunately move once again.

So apologies if you’ve been trying to get hold of me and have been struggling, we hope to be fully sorted by the end of 2011 (including finishing building our own bus)

All our current stock needs to go so watch this space for further details,

best wishes with the shuffle Graham.I think the market you're concentrating on is great, particularly the upgrades to running gear.

Cheers - Rob

Best of luck with your plans Graham. I'm sure what ever you "turn your hand to" will be of top quality :D :D

ps. dont loss my red reflector in the move

so if any one wants repairs or servicing done in malvern area give me a shout ,or if you know of any one needing an old school mecanic.

Hi Graham,

Best of luck with the forthcoming move etc, more products unique to the bay etc will no doubt take off well, the likes of Creative for example have a range of products they dont do repairs and servicing, just bits, so i would have said a niche selection of EB stuff is bound to do well, wish you the best of luck in the re jig, and look forward to the new products - if you can pull off the seat belt mount kit - that's your killer app right there!

Cheers!

Alistair

Best of luck with the move Graham, hope the new business plan works out for you!

Good luck Graham, I`ll be your first customer with those new shocks. No rush as I`m about to take him off the road for a bit for the winter, but will defineately have those shocks as soon as they`re ready, just let me know. Pluss whatever else you have brewing in that head of yours ;)

Ozziedog,,,,,,,, Good luck dude,,, not that you need it
