Things are moving on a bit, got the wheels on, I prefer them to the radars but think it needs to come down some so got the beam off for a bit of modding! Got some more done inside, them panels behind the seats are a pain! In fact all the interior panels are a pain!
Just gotta run some wires to the back then I can get the floor in.
Just needs a slight tickle up to square it up, took 1 and 1/4 inch off, it was already an inch narrow apparently so Im estimating about 3.5 inch narrow when it's done.
Progress, thought I'd strip off the old underseal from the arches and see what's going on, was hoping to run Og paint under there but turned out to need a bit of a repair!
Cheers Jim! I've got some centre caps to go on them soon. 185 on the back and currently 175 50 on front but I'm gonna get some smaller ones!
How's your bus coming on ?
Few updates, I've done more but not took any pics yet, back on her feet and sitting nice on the front, just gotta fit my adjustable spring plates and maybe a small notch!
Managed to run wires to under the bed, I ran them down the heater duct!
Giving these a coat of primer, gonna rock them grey.
I've put some hours in sorting out the underside, I've done 4 arches but I'm yet to tackle the main under floor area. I've got a bit ocd about it! Also. Been doing the cavitys with dinitrol
My mates new motor, it's a funny little thing.
Hopefully Ile be in the bus and he will be in that at dub freeze.
I used a product called omnicote, heard nothing but good things about it, looks great, brushed on, no brush marks at all, it's not super durable like epoxy etc but it sticks well on a surface that isn't shiny paint, neutralises rust. I'm going to spray dinitrol over the top, I've sprayed it under rear arches and its damn good!
Hi Andy looking good , Question about the leisure battery , What are the dimensons and where are you locating it , Looks quite big m I need a new one and ones in Halfords look big . Was not sure it would fit in left hand battery tray
