It's been a rocky few months for mutley, had a job change, moved house and having to endure London took its toll and I almost sold him. That aside I've decided to keep him now and figured beans on toast every night isn't so bad when I can look out the window and see this.

I've readjusted (well Clem did thank you flower) the height to a more user friendly bus, rebuilt the drum brakes, injection cavity waxed it, replaced all ball & cv joints, upgraded the acc linkage blah blah blah

I've completely stripped and sympathetically converted the microbus interior to a light camper.

I had the headliner replaced, replaced the R&R bed and reupholstered, spent 18 months sourcing original door cards, remade curtains, made my own parcel shelves, went from latebay seats to earlybay seats to suburu seats and back to earlybay seats (its the only way), replaced cab carpets, fitted amp and new sound system, made a buddy box, the list goes on...

I've recently rebuilt a 1600 engine to 1776 with twin dellorto's and restored the fuel tank and engine bay:

Added a leisure battery:

SO THE QUESTION IS, WHAT NEXT? It's gonna be used to death this year, weather permitting obviously..

Top jobs.
Looking very nice in the sunshine so like sparky says, enjoy

Hey buddy! absolutely loving your work! can I ask how you fitted your parcel shelf? in terms of over the hand brake and the brackets used into the metal work? pics would be very much appreciated? you've done a great job, your attention to detail is to be admired too :D
